Tiara United Towers

Tiara United marks the group’s foray into the construction sector in a joint venture with Zabeel Investments. Tiara United Towers is a 47-floor twin tower property with a structural height of 193m. The high-rise project is an architectural icon in its own right and claims a majestic place along the skyscraper-lined Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Tiara United Towers is slated for completion in 2010.

Tiara Towers is a haven of inspiration offering unobtrusive commercial, hospitality and retail space in the heart of the city. The towers are designed to be comfortable and homely rather than flashy. The coloration technique and the play of light on the façade of the building enable it to capture eyeballs in the gleaming corridor of Sheikh Zayed Road.

The commercial office tower will offer 279,230 square feet of net office space. The high-rise is fully equipped with state of the art amenities and utility enhancements. The podium of the building will extend over six stories and will feature an impressive array of retail brands as well as spacious public areas.
